millers creek project – south australia

Millers Creek South Australia

Strategic 1,110km² landholding nearby to major projects in SA

The Millers Creek Project is located 700km north west of Adelaide and consists of premium real estate situated between major mining companies OZ Minerals to the north and FMG to the east. The nearest town is Tarcoola approximately 160km to the south east. Located in the Gawler Craton region in South Australia, the project comprises 2 tenement holdings totalling 1,110km2 of prospective IOCG (iron-oxide, copper, gold) ground straddling the Elizabeth Creek Fault Zone.

In March 2019, NT Minerals undertook a review of previous drilling and re-sampled drill core from a 2008 drill hole by IMX Resources when the Project was known as Mt Paisley. NT Minerals is investigating ongoing assaying of the historical drill core and evaluation of this resource potential.

The Millers Creek Project comprises two exploration licenses over 1,110 km2 of tenure in the Gawler Craton in South Australia. The tenements, EL6247 (Millers Creek) and EL6321 (Kingoonya) are in a well-recognised iron-oxide copper gold or IOCG Belt, hosting IOCG deposits including Olympic Dam and Prominent Hill.

NT Minerals has maintained the Millers Creek Project in good standing, however, minimal work has been completed with the Company committed to deploying its resources to advancing exploration at the Redbank Project in the Northern Territory.
